Repair Policy

All JCJ jewelry is handmade. Natural variations and signs of wear may occur over time. While our pieces are designed to be delicate yet durable, they should be handled and worn with care.

Repairs within three (3) months of purchase are complimentary for issues related to craftsmanship. After three months, repairs are available for a $30 service fee, which includes replacement materials and return shipping.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to JCJ. Please contact us before sending any item for repair so we can assist you with the process.
